What information should I include in my inquiry?
The most useful details are: material type, thickness range, coil width, coil O.D./I.D., coil weight, press tonnage, target strokes per minute (SPM), available floor space, and whether you need a standalone machine or a complete integrated line. More data allows a more accurate recommendation.
Can JX-HIDARI supply a complete automated stamping line?
Yes. JX-HIDARI supplies both standalone equipment (straighteners, feeders, uncoilers) and complete integrated production lines combining multiple units with loop tables, coil cars, and control systems. Specify your full line requirements in the inquiry form.
What is the typical lead time for equipment delivery?
Standard models are typically delivered within 30–45 working days from order confirmation. Custom or large-scale line projects require 60–90 working days. Expedited production scheduling is available for urgent requirements — contact us to discuss your deadline.
Do you accept small orders or single-machine purchases?
Yes. JX-HIDARI supplies single machines as well as multi-machine lines. There is no minimum order quantity. Each inquiry is reviewed by an application engineer regardless of order size.
Is on-site installation and commissioning available internationally?
Remote installation guidance is standard with all orders. For complete production line orders, on-site commissioning support can be arranged — this covers machine leveling, electrical connection, parameter setup, and initial operator training. Contact us for scheduling and terms.
