Cut-to-Length Production Line
It can do unwinding, leveling, sizing, transverse cutting, stacking and other work. It mainly includes loading car, uncoiling machine, leveling host, limiting device, encoder size, shearing machine, conveying table, pneumatic discharge rack, discharge table, hydraulic system, electrical control system and so on. The production line is the cold-rolled steel coil sheet, galvanized coil sheet and other uncoiling and leveling shear into various specifications of fixed size sheet.
The production line is controlled by PLC numerical control system. Length measurement is controlled by encoder. Length, cutting quantity and speed information can be input to the PLC system, touch screen man-machine setting, when the need to cut the amount reached, the production line can automatically stop. The production line speed can be adjusted. It has high measurement accuracy, the whole line can work automatically, the operation is simple, and the plate can be made.
