What is the standard warranty period for JX-HIDARI equipment?

All JX-HIDARI equipment carries a 12-month warranty from the date of commissioning, covering mechanical components, electrical controls, and drive systems. An 18-month extended warranty is available for orders placed with an annual service agreement.

How quickly can spare parts be supplied to international customers?

Common wear parts — straightening rollers, feeding rollers, servo drive components, and sensors — are stocked at our Jiangxi facility. Standard parts can be dispatched within 24 hours. Air freight delivery to most export destinations takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Do you provide on-site commissioning for overseas installations?

Yes. JX-HIDARI engineers provide remote installation guidance as standard. For large-scale orders or complete production line installations, on-site commissioning at the customer's facility is arranged, including layout planning, machine leveling, electrical setup, and initial operator training.

Can legacy or older JX-HIDARI equipment be serviced?

Yes. We maintain spare parts inventory for all product generations. Electrical control system upgrades are also available for older units, allowing customers to extend equipment service life and add modern PLC or network connectivity features.

Is remote diagnostics available without a service contract?
